Your Booking Request
Your booking will not be complete until you receive a confirmation from us.
Reservations and Cancellations
All spa experiences require full payment upon booking and are non-refeundable if the required 72 hours notice is not given.
All spa treatment bookings require 50% upfront and are non-refundable if the required 48 hours notice is not given. The remaining balance to be paid on departure.
If you wish to make a change to your booking, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible and will send you a confirmation email with the new booking details if the change has been accepted.
We will do our best to avoid having to cancel your booking however, where necessary, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. In such circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund. We recommend that you are covered by a travel insurance policy in the event of adverse weather, bereavement, illness or other that would prevent you from attending your spa experience as planned.
Non arrivals for any bookings will be non-refundable or transferable.
Charges
All prices are quoted in GBP, include VAT and are subject to change.
Gratuities are not included and are welcome at your discretion.
The price of your visit will be the price indicated when you make your booking via the website, telephone or email. We will confirm the price of your visit in our confirmation email, please double check when you receive it that all the information is correct and let us know if you notice any abnormalities.
If there has been an obvious discrepnancy between our published charges and the price stated at the time of booking, we reserve the right to charge our correct charges or to cancel your booking.
Treatments and spa experiences pricing are subject to change and current prices stated are correct at the time of printing.
Marquis Spa reserves the right to ask guests to provide a valid credit or debit card upon check-in. A credit card pre-authorisation may be taken upon arrival.
All charges incurred during your visit including food, beverage, retail and treatments must be settled on departure. Any charges not settled on departure will be charged to the card provided.
Morning and Afternoon Retreat Spa Exepriences have a £35.00 allocation towards lunch or dinner. This allocation is against food only and the remaining balance will need to be paid on departure.
Spa Experiences
Treatment times are scheduled during your booking. You will receive an itinerary upon arrival which will state your treatments and times. If you have made any treatment requests, we will endeavour to meet these but unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee these will be met.
Please note on a rare occasion we may need to move your treatment time withour prior notice, however we will always do our best to keep it as close to your preffered time as possible. All treatment times will be confimed on arrival.
A charge of £25 per person per half an hour will be charged if you do not check out at your allocated time.
No refund will be given for late check in or early departure.
The lead booker is responsible for the entire reservation, including the settling of all charges prior, during and after visit and for the compliance of all guests with their etiquette.
Treatments
We cannot guarantee that all treatments will be avaliable at all times and treatment durations are provided as a guide only.
If a group of two or more guests, treatments may be scheduled into a double treatment room.
It is the individual's responsibility to ensure the treatment is suitable for them.
Marquis Spa accepts no liability for any contra-actions that occur due to aftercare not being followed.
No refund is available for treatments that are missed or shortened as a result of late arrival by the guest.
Medical
We kindly ask that a Health Consultation Form is completed prior to arrival at the Spa, so we are able to identify any conditions that may affect your treatment or use of our spa facilities.
Certain medical conditions may prevent use of specific facilities and treatment, however we will always do our best to accommodate your needs wherever possible.
Spa Reception should be notified at the time of booking of any medical conditions, recent surgery including if you are going through or recovering from a cancer journey.
Refunds will not be given if you fail to reveal a condition relating to the above.
Spa Facilites
Use of any of the facilities available at Marquis Spa is entirely at your own risk.
When using any facilities, you must take care to safeguard your own health and safety and that of other people, and you will be solely responsible for any loss or injury that you cause to yourself, other persons or to the facilities.
Damage and Loss
We advise that you bring no personal belongings or valuables with you on your visit to the Spa. We provide a personal locker for the storage of small items and all resonable efforts are made to provide a secure environment.
We are not liable for any damages or loss of property at Marquis Spa.
Important Information
No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere within the premises of Marquis Spa or its grounds. We reserve the right to terminate the remainder of your visit in the event that we find you have failed to comply with our no smoking policy.
No animals are allowed.
Guests must report any accident or injury they or their guests may have whilst on the premises immediately to a member of staff and in any event, within 24 hours of the incident.
We kindly ask that you respect other guests and our employees and refrain from any improper, violent or abusive behaviour and any illegal coduct at all times during your visit. We reserve the right to remove you from the premises and cancel the remainder of your visit in the event that you fail to respect this policy.
In the event that there is any damage caused by you, we reserve the right to charge the card you have provided with a resonable fee in respect of such damage or missing items.
Any mechanical or electrical breakdowns on the property are usually beyond our control. No refunds will be given unless any such breakdown is due to the negligence of Marquis Spa.
We are unable to take responsibility for your car or any belongings whilst at Marquis Spa
Marquis Spa is accesible to over 18's only.
No alcohol is to be brought onto the premises - we reserve the right to confiscate alcohol found and return it on departure.
No external food or drink are to be consumed in the Spa . We have a range of food and drink available to purchase.
Gift Vouchers
Voucher number and expiry date are required when making a booking with our team.
Please ensure you present your reedemable voucher on arrival. If you forget your voucher, or your voucher is not valid then we will require full payment via an alternative payment method, in order to continue your visit.
Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services at Marquis Spa. Change will not be given if the remaining amount is under £10.00. Photocopies will not be accepted.
Vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase.
